After taking a year off, we will be back with a large campaign in 2024 with over 100 new lots being added to Ardrossan (Stages 10A/10B). These will feature a combination of single family, duplex, and (for the first time) townhouse lots. New construction will also trigger the upgrade of TWP 531 to the intersection of Horton Place to create a new primary access for houses in Stage 8/9/10.

We are now below 20 remaining estate lots in Ardrossan Estates. Once these final lots sell, that will be it for estate lot product in the community. If you have been sitting on the fence waiting to make a decision, it is time to move!
